About the Position:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth, professional support for our AI and software services. You'll:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance on AI tools/platforms

  • Escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams when necessary

  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Monitor support metrics and contribute to service improvements

  • Assist in user onboarding, training, and system demos when needed

  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development

🎯 Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical or software customer support

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and support tools

  • Basic understanding of AI or software systems preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

  • Willingness to work occasional shifts to cover support hours
