About the Position:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth, professional support for our AI and software services. You'll:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance on AI tools/platforms
Escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams when necessary
Document support interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
Monitor support metrics and contribute to service improvements
Assist in user onboarding, training, and system demos when needed
Gather customer feedback to inform product development
🎯 Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in technical or software customer support
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and support tools
Basic understanding of AI or software systems preferred
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Willingness to work occasional shifts to cover support hours
