About the Position:
We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our AI-driven tech services team. You will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in FinServ (SEA region)
Pitch Ingenious Lab’s AI solutions (RAG, LLM apps, AI platforms) to new and existing clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical demos
Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets
Manage CRM data, track leads, and report pipeline metrics
Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams
Attend industry events, webinars, and workshops when required
🎯 Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years in B2B tech/consulting/solutions sales (preferably AI, software, or FinServ)
Proven track record in hitting/exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with exceptional time management
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) & MS Office
Enthusiasm for AI technologies and innovative solutions
Willingness to travel as needed
