About the Position:

We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our AI-driven tech services team. You will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in FinServ (SEA region)

  • Pitch Ingenious Lab’s AI solutions (RAG, LLM apps, AI platforms) to new and existing clients

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical demos

  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets

  • Manage CRM data, track leads, and report pipeline metrics

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams

  • Attend industry events, webinars, and workshops when required

🎯 Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years in B2B tech/consulting/solutions sales (preferably AI, software, or FinServ)

  • Proven track record in hitting/exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management

  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) & MS Office

  • Enthusiasm for AI technologies and innovative solutions

  • Willingness to travel as needed
